Subprocessors

Crownvo uses the following third-party subprocessors to provide the Service. Each subprocessor is bound by a written data-processing agreement that imposes terms no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement. We require all subprocessors to maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures and to be GDPR-compliant.
1. Infrastructure and hosting
Cloud infrastructure, content delivery, and edge networking providers.
- Amazon Web Services — Primary cloud infrastructure and data storage (USA / EU (region-selectable))
- Vercel — Edge hosting for the Crownvo marketing site and dashboard (USA / EU)
- Cloudflare — DDoS protection, DNS, and edge caching (Global edge network)
2. Payment processing
Subscription billing, invoicing, and tax calculation. Card data is handled directly by the processor; Crownvo does not store raw payment-card numbers.
- Stripe — Subscription billing, invoicing, and tax calculation (USA)
3. Analytics and product telemetry
Product analytics, feature-flag delivery, and error monitoring.
- PostHog — Product analytics, session replay, and feature flags (EU (self-hosted region available))
- Sentry — Error tracking and performance monitoring (USA / EU)
4. Customer communication
Transactional email delivery (account, billing, deliverability alerts).
- Resend — Transactional email delivery (sign-up, billing, alerts) (USA)
- Postmark — Transactional email delivery (backup provider) (USA)
5. Customer support
Live chat, in-app messaging, and help-desk ticketing.
- Intercom — Live chat, in-app messaging, and help-desk ticketing (USA / EU)
6. Updates to this list
We will provide at least 30 days' prior notice of any new or replacement subprocessor via email and through the Service, giving customers the opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds. Subscribe to our changelog to receive automatic notifications of subprocessor changes.
