Crownvo deployments can be configured with different infrastructure and service providers. Optional sending, payment, file, and messaging connections are not automatically used by every account. For the legally applicable subprocessor list for your account and deployment, contact dpo@crownvo.com.
1. Payment providers
Crownvo supports multiple payment-provider adapters. Only the provider configured for the relevant billing flow processes that transaction.
- Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay — platform subscription and payment processing when configured
2. Customer-configured sending providers
Workspace owners or platform operators can configure supported sending routes. The selected provider processes message and recipient data required for delivery.
- Amazon SES
- SendGrid
- Mailgun
- Postmark
- SparkPost
- A compatible SMTP service
3. Customer-configured connections
A workspace may connect external services through OAuth credentials, API credentials, or bot tokens. Crownvo exchanges data with those services only according to the connection and workflow the customer configures.
- Google Drive and Canva for file workflows
- Telegram Bot and WhatsApp Cloud API for connected bot workflows
- Google Ads and Meta Ads for configured reporting workflows
4. Obtain the current account-specific list
Because provider use depends on deployment and customer configuration, request the current account-specific subprocessor schedule from dpo@crownvo.com before relying on this page for procurement or compliance review.
Crownvo will handle notice and objection rights according to the DPA or other agreement that applies to your account.
